I’m based in Angeles City, Philippines, and I’m a mom of six. Coordinating family life has given me plenty of real-world practice in prioritizing, staying organized, and keeping many moving parts on track.

Before working online, I spent years in the business process outsourcing industry. I started in customer service, handling high volumes of client interactions and learning how to communicate clearly under pressure, investigate issues, and resolve problems instead of simply responding to them.

That work led to a Service Quality Coach role, where I audited interactions, identified gaps, coached teams, and helped make sure processes met the required standards.

That background shaped how I work today: attention to detail, process thinking, clear communication, and the habit of looking for the underlying cause of a problem.

In 2016, I made the shift to online work. Since then, I’ve supported coaches, course creators, marketing agencies, service-based businesses, e-commerce brands, healthcare businesses, and brick-and-mortar companies building their digital presence.

My longest client relationship ran for eight years, and my current longest active client relationship has reached seven years. I value those long-term partnerships because trust is built through consistent, thoughtful work—not just a completed task list.
