I'm based in Angeles City, Philippines, and I'm a mom of six, yes, six, which means I've been running complex operations at home long before I made it a career. Coordinating six kids will teach you more about systems, priorities, and staying calm under pressure than any certification ever could.
Before I worked online, I spent years in the business process outsourcing industry. I started in customer service, handling high volumes of client interactions, learning how to communicate clearly under pressure, and figuring out how to actually resolve things rather than just respond to them. That eventually led to a Service Quality Coach role, where I audited interactions, identified gaps, coached teams, and made sure everything met the standard.
That background shaped how I work today more than anything else. The attention to detail. The process thinking. The ability to spot what's broken before it becomes a bigger problem. None of that came from a course. It came from years of doing the work in one of the most demanding environments there is.
In 2016 I made the shift to online work and haven't looked back.
What followed was nine years of working inside businesses as the person who runs the back end. Coaches in personal, business, health and wellness, and healthcare. Marketing agencies. Service-based businesses. eCommerce brands. Brick and mortar businesses building their digital presence. Across all of them the work was the same:
figure out what's needed, build it, and keep it running.
My longest client relationship ran eight years. She has since retired, and while our working chapter has closed, we're still in touch. I'm genuinely grateful for that relationship and everything it taught me about what it means to truly show up for someone's business. My current longest active client is now at seven years.
